Shipping


Clean Out Bags


Clean Out Bags are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Each Clean Out Bag includes a prepaid shipping label for sending your accepted clothing donations to Disco Thrift. Customers are responsible for packaging their items securely before shipment.

Please note:

The prepaid label is only valid for the original shipment to Disco Thrift.
Any return shipping of unaccepted items is the responsibility of the customer.
Disco Thrift is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.


Thrifted & Vintage Items


All thrifted, vintage, festival, and custom pieces are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after purchase unless otherwise noted.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, inventory cannot be guaranteed until your order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges


Thrifted, Vintage & Festival Pieces


Due to the unique nature of secondhand, vintage, and custom items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

Thrifted clothing

  • Vintage items

  • Festival collections

  • Custom or altered pieces

  • Limited drops and special collections

Please review all item descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will review each case individually and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Clothing Donation Credits


Store credit is issued solely at the discretion of Disco Thrift after items have been inspected and approved.

Not all donated items will qualify for store credit.

Store credits:

  • Have no cash value.

  • Cannot be transferred to another account.

  • May not be redeemed for cash.

  • Are issued only after the donation review process is complete.

Refused or Unaccepted Donations


Items that do not meet Disco Thrift’s quality standards may be declined.

Disco Thrift reserves the right to responsibly donate, recycle, or dispose of the items.
